REFUND POLICY
Typecast — Funzai LLC
Effective date: October 11, 2026
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and other paid digital access to Typecast (the “Service”), operated by Funzai LLC (“Funzai,” “we,” “us”), based in Batumi, Georgia. It applies to purchases through our website and, where relevant, purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Refunds and payments are also governed by the terms of the applicable seller, payment provider, or app store. This Policy does not override those terms or any mandatory rights provided by law.
2. Strict No-Refund Rule
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, except where a refund is required by applicable law or granted under the rules or at the discretion of the relevant seller or payment platform. Funzai does not offer a general money-back guarantee, a satisfaction guarantee, or a discretionary trial-period refund.
In particular, the following do not, by themselves, entitle you to a refund: a change of mind; dissatisfaction with gameplay, difficulty, or an individual Judge’s evaluation; failure to use or complete the Service; limited use of premium features; loss of interest; a mistaken purchase or choice of billing plan; failure to cancel before renewal; or a decision to stop playing before the paid period ends. This list does not exclude remedies that applicable law or the relevant seller/platform requires.
3. Subscriptions, Renewals, and Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew at the billing interval and price disclosed at purchase unless canceled in time through the applicable billing provider. You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription before the next renewal charge.
Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not cancel or reverse a charge already processed. Unless applicable law or the relevant billing provider requires otherwise, no refund, credit, or prorated reimbursement is provided for unused days or months in the current billing period. Premium access ordinarily continues until that period expires, unless access is otherwise terminated in accordance with applicable terms.
Deleting the app, ceasing to play, signing out, or deleting your Typecast account does not itself cancel a subscription. Cancel it with the platform or provider that bills you.
4. Where to Request a Refund
Website / Paddle purchases. Web subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle handles refund requests and makes refund decisions under its Buyer Terms, Refund Policy, and applicable law. Submit requests through your Paddle receipt or at https://paddle.net. Paddle may grant a discretionary refund even where Funzai does not offer one.
Apple App Store purchases. Submit refund requests to Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple determines eligibility in accordance with its policies and applicable law. Manage cancellation through your Apple subscription settings.
Google Play purchases. Request a refund through Google Play at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/15574897 or contact Typecast support for purchase troubleshooting where appropriate. Refund handling is subject to Google Play rules and applicable law. Manage cancellation through Google Play subscriptions.
Funzai cannot guarantee approval of a refund by Paddle, Apple, or Google, and will not separately reimburse a payment already refunded by a platform.
5. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy restricts any non-waivable statutory right, including rights arising from unauthorized or incorrectly charged payments, non-conforming digital services, or an applicable cooling-off or withdrawal period. Such rights prevail over the no-refund rule.
In some jurisdictions, including the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Georgia, consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights subject to conditions and exceptions. Where legally permitted, those rights may be lost for digital content supplied immediately only after the required express consent and acknowledgment. Merely including this clause in the Policy does not replace any consent or disclosure required at checkout.
Where the applicable seller’s terms or local law provide stronger rights, those rights apply. The relevant seller or platform will process qualifying refunds under its procedures.
6. Material Defects and Billing Errors
If the paid Service is materially inaccessible, substantially fails to match its description, or a payment appears duplicate or unauthorized, contact Typecast support through the contact method provided in the Service or on https://playtypecast.com and provide the receipt, purchase date, billing platform, and a description of the problem.
We may first seek to investigate and correct a technical issue, where lawful. This does not delay or remove any remedy that must be provided under applicable law. For web transactions, Paddle may require that you contact Funzai for troubleshooting before Paddle reviews a product-defect refund.
7. Payment Disputes and Access After Refund
For a billing problem, we encourage you to contact the relevant billing platform before initiating a chargeback. A payment dispute may result in temporary suspension of associated premium access while the matter is investigated, where permitted. Nothing in this Policy limits your lawful right to dispute a payment.
If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the corresponding premium access may be revoked. A refund does not create an entitlement to continue receiving paid features without payment.
8. Changes and Contact
We may update this Policy prospectively. The version applicable to a purchase will not be changed retroactively to remove rights attached to that purchase.
